Itinerary
Day 01 :
Arrival in Ahmedabad & Travel to Dwarka
- Morning: Arrive in Ahmedabad via train or flight. Meet your driver and begin your journey to Dwarka.
- Afternoon: Check into your hotel in Dwarka. After a brief rest, begin your pilgrimage at the main Dwarkadhish Temple (Jagat Mandir).
- Evening: Attend the evening aarti at Dwarkadhish Temple. Take a holy dip at Gomti Ghat, the confluence of the Gomti River and the Arabian Sea.
- Overnight Stay: Dwarka
Day 02 :
Dwarka - Bet Dwarka, Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, and Rukmini Devi Temple
- Morning: After breakfast, travel to Okha port and take a ferry to Bet Dwarka. This island is believed to be Lord Krishna's ancient residence.
- Afternoon: Return to the mainland and visit the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the 12 sacred Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva.
- Late Afternoon: Visit the Rukmini Devi Temple, a beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Krishna's queen, Rukmini.
- Evening: Explore the scenic beauty of Dwarka. You can visit the Dwarka Lighthouse for a panoramic view or enjoy a peaceful walk at Dwarka Beach.
Day 03 :
Dwarka to Somnath via Porbandar
- Morning: After breakfast and hotel check-out, begin your scenic drive to Somnath.
- En-route (Porbandar): Stop in Porbandar, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Visit Kirti Mandir, his ancestral home, which is now a museum. You can also visit Sudama Mandir, the only temple in the world dedicated to Lord Krishna's childhood friend.
- Afternoon: Continue to Somnath. Check into your hotel and take some time to rest.
- Late Afternoon: Visit Bhalka Tirth, a significant religious spot where Lord Krishna is believed to have been accidentally shot by a hunter.
- Evening: Head to the magnificent Somnath Temple, the first among the 12 Jyotirlingas. Witness the enchanting evening aarti and, if time permits, the "Jay Somnath" Sound and Light Show.
- Overnight Stay: Somnath
Day 04 :
Somnath - Day Trip to Diu
- Morning: After breakfast, embark on a full-day trip to the Union Territory of Diu.
- Diu Sightseeing: Explore the historic Diu Fort, a massive Portuguese fortress with stunning sea views. Visit the beautiful St. Paul's Church and the serene Nagoa Beach. You can also explore the unique rock formations of the Naida Caves.
- Late Afternoon: Visit other attractions like the Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple, where five Shiva Lingams are naturally washed by the sea waves.
- Evening: Drive back to Somnath.

Day 05 :
Somnath to Sasan Gir & Safari
- Morning: After breakfast, check out and visit Triveni Sangam Ghat, the confluence of the Hiran, Kapila, and Saraswati rivers. Also, visit Gita Mandir and Dehotsarg Tirth.
- Late Morning: Drive to Sasan Gir, the last remaining abode of the Asiatic lion. Check into your jungle resort upon arrival.
- Afternoon: Get ready for an exhilarating Jeep Safari in Gir National Park (booking in advance is highly recommended). Spot majestic Asiatic lions, leopards, and a variety of other wildlife and birds.
- Evening: Enjoy a relaxing evening at your resort.
- Overnight Stay: Sasan Gir
Day 06 :
Sasan Gir & Departure to Ahmedabad
- Morning: Optionally, you can go for an early morning safari (subject to booking) or visit the Gir Interpretation Zone at Devaliya.
- Late Morning: After breakfast and check-out, begin your journey back to Rajkot.
- Afternoon: Arrive in Ahmedabad and be dropped off at the airport or railway station for your onward journey.
